Let's briefly understand disability. Disability is another term that refers to 'penyandang cacat' or 'difabel' (both meaning people with disabilities). According to Law No. 4 of 1997 concerning Persons with Disabilities, a person with a disability is defined as anyone with a physical and/or mental impairment that can disrupt or pose an obstacle and hindrance to their ability to function normally, comprising persons with physical disabilities, persons with mental disabilities, and persons with both physical and mental disabilities.
I myself have been physically disabled (Tuna daksa) since birth. I am one of many people with disabilities striving for independence in society, nation, and state. Despite our inherent limitations, I prefer to refer to it as 'quality disability'. To achieve this, I continue to learn with great enthusiasm, always cultivating patience in my heart. I believe that, regardless of the tools, I can create, even if I only use a single smartphone.
