1. General Definitions
- Kartunet.com: A digital ecosystem that functions as educational media, youth development community, and digital accessibility advocate, in synergy with Disabilitas.com.
- Disability: The standard term replacing the word "cacat" (handicapped) according to Law No. 8/2016. We view disability as human diversity.
- Kartuneter (Member): A registered user who acts as a Content Contributor and/or Citizen Auditor (Access Squad).
2. Account & Membership
- Account registration is open to the public (disabled or non-disabled) via official email or online forms.
- Kartuneter must use their Real Personal Data. The use of false identities, especially in accessibility audit activities, can result in a permanent ban.
- Each member is fully responsible for the security of their respective account password.
3. Content & Audit Terms
- Review Integrity: It is forbidden to engineer application or public place testing reports. Reports must be based on field facts.
- Originality: Plagiarism is prohibited. Citations are permitted by mentioning clear sources.
- Ethics: It is forbidden to publish content related to SARA (ethnicity, religion, race), hate speech, pornography, or gambling.
- Confidentiality: If involved in closed testing projects (Beta Testing), members are prohibited from leaking sensitive data to the public before official authorization.
4. Transaction Terms & Return Policy (Lapak Inklusif)
- Platform Model: Kartunet's Lapak Inklusif acts as a promotional catalog directory to support MSMEs with disabilities. Kartunet does not act as a payment intermediary (escrow) or direct seller.
- Transaction Agreement: All forms of ordering, payment, shipping, and transaction agreements are made directly between the Buyer and the respective entrepreneur with a disability through WhatsApp communication or other external communication channels.
- Return & Refund Policy: Because transactions are conducted directly with each entrepreneur, terms of return, exchange of goods, or refunds are agreed upon mutually directly with the respective entrepreneur at the time of ordering.
- Responsibility: Kartunet is not responsible for losses, disputes, or product damage arising from independently agreed transactions. We encourage buyers to confirm the detailed conditions of goods/services before making payments.
5. Copyright & Licensing
- Creative Works: Copyright of poetry, short stories, and opinions remains with the Author. Kartunet receives a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.
- Audit Data: Audit findings and technical reviews become data assets managed jointly by Kartunet and Disabilitas.com for advocacy purposes.
- General License: Content on this site uses a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license.
