The national system used is online, managed by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan and RB) and specifically coordinated by the Ministry of Social Affairs. For those interested, here are the steps to apply online. First, check the information on available vacancies, their placement locations, and the allocated number of positions.
Don't forget to match these with your educational background and type of disability. If you are interested in a vacancy and have the appropriate educational background but do not have the required type of disability, disregard that interest and look for other vacancies. Conversely, if you have a specific type of disability and are interested in a vacancy but do not possess the requested educational qualifications, seek alternative positions.
For individuals with physical disabilities and hearing impairments, there are significantly more options compared to those with visual impairments. Next, you must register on the Panselnas website to obtain a user account, which will later be used to log in and submit your application on the Ministry of Social Affairs website.
Please go to https://regpanselnas.menpan.go.id/ and fill out the available form. Don't forget to select "Formasi untuk Disabilitas" (Formation for Disabilities) in the institution column. Enter your NIK or KTP Number, password, date of birth, and so on. Your NIK or KTP number will then become your user account for the subsequent stages. After successful submission, a notification message will be sent to your email, and you must wait at least 1x24 hours for your account to be activated.
Please note that your NIK or KTP number can only be used once during the 2014 CPNS registration process. If you have previously registered using your NIK for a special formation in any institution during this 2014 CPNS period, you will not be able to use it again, which means your opportunity to participate in the 2014 CPNS special disability formation will be lost.
Once your account is active, please try logging in at https://cpns.kemsos.go.id/disabilitas/index.php/home. Please click "login", then enter your NIK or KTP Number as the username, and the password you set during registration on the Panselnas website. After successfully logging in, menus will be available for you to fill out the registration form and proceed with the subsequent steps outlined in the announcements section.
