Educational Evaluation

Educational evaluation is the process of collecting data to determine the extent to which, in what aspects, and in which areas educational goals have been achieved. Educational evaluation can also be defined as an action or a process to determine the value of everything in the world of education or anything related to it. What is educational evaluation? This evaluation aims to enhance personal creativity and productivity. If success is found, it should be maintained or improved. Relevance of Quranic verses to educational evaluation: ْسَماِء َأ ُبُتوِني ِب َاْن َقاَل َف ِئَكِة َل َم ْل َرَضُهْم َعىَل اى ا َّم َع ُث َها َّل ْسَماَء ُك َم آَدَم ا َأْل َّل َوَع ْن ُكْنُتْم صِدِقيَن ِإ َهُؤاَلِء "And He taught Adam all the names (of things) entirely, then He presented them to the angels and said: 'Tell Me the names of these things if you are indeed truthful!'" Be upholders of justice for Allah, (when) giving testimony with fairness. Let not your hatred for a people lead you to be unjust. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah, indeed, Allah is well-acquainted with what you do." Justice and wisdom, Qs Al Maidah 8. In conclusion, educational evaluation is an important part of learning, which, from the perspective of Quranic knowledge, must certainly align with the examples and lessons narrated in the Al-Qur'an. In evaluation, several points must be considered so that the evaluation process adheres to Islamic religious values.
