My name is Lina. I'm going to tell you a story. On a cold morning. It felt like being in snow, making me long to drift back to sleep. After the dawn prayer, I didn't go out immediately. I just stayed in my room. "Rustle-rustle! Rustle-rustle!" My father's footsteps approached my room. "Lin, aren't you awake yet?" "I am, Dad." "If you're awake, why aren't you out? Didn't you perform the dawn prayer?" "I already performed the dawn prayer when you went to the mosque, Dad. Then, I just felt too lazy to leave the room. It's really cold." "If it's cold, make a warm drink. So your body feels warm." "Yes, Dad. Around when, Dad? Is Mom coming home from Grandma's house?" "If she's not asked to stay overnight again, your mother will come home this afternoon." I just smiled, responding to Father's words. After that, Father left my room. I hurried to the kitchen to make myself some warm tea. After drinking the warm tea, the cold lessened considerably. I returned to my room, not forgetting to grab a book. I lay down under the thick blanket, accompanied by the rain. Its sound was so melodious, like a musical tune. "Hopefully, by reading a book while lying down, I can drift off to sleep," I mumbled to myself. However, even though the cold weather was conducive to sleep, I couldn't fall asleep until it was already noon. Even the book I was reading had reached its last page. My stomach sang, "Grrr-grrr! Grrr-grrr!" because I hadn't had any rice yet. "I thought, in this cold weather, eating fried rice would definitely be delicious." After eating, I didn't go anywhere. Even though it was already noon, the rain hadn't stopped. The cold was still present, just not as severe as this morning. "Dad, aren't you feeling cold?" I asked, while sitting beside him. "Of course, it's cold. I'm enjoying coffee here to get some warmth," he replied. "Have you eaten yet, Dad?" "I have, dear. With chili sauce and salted fish. Have you eaten, dear?" "I have, Dad. With chili sauce and fried rice." "Where did the fried rice come from?" "I just made it." "Oh, I see." "Yes. The rain is really lasting, isn't it, Dad?" "Yes. Fortunately, I'm not drying paddy." I just nodded, listening to Father's explanation. "What have you been doing in your room all this time?" "Reading books. I wanted to sleep, but I couldn't. What have you been doing all this time, Dad?" "Reading newspapers. Thank goodness you didn't sleep." "Why not?" "Sleeping in the early morning isn't good. Your fortune can be taken by chickens." "Really?" "Yes, dear." Minute by minute passed. Time continued to turn. Noon turned into afternoon. The rain finally stopped. The cold that had been present since morning slowly left my body. The End.

I am just an ordinary person. Who loves to imagine.
