The month of Ramadan is fast approaching. To stay healthy and well, here are some tips: 1. Suhoor: Eating early in the morning is essential, as this last meal provides energy during fasting. However, what needs to be considered is nutrition, specifically the '4 healthy, 5 perfect' principle (a balanced diet). 2. Break your fast with something sweet and a warm drink. Eat small portions; don't immediately consume heavy meals. 3. Drink enough water, 8-10 glasses a day. This can include milk, fruit juice, and vegetable soup. 4. Do not sleep immediately after eating, as this can cause a burning sensation in the stomach (heartburn). 5. Fasting does not mean reducing physical activity.
