Jakarta - Thousands of job vacancies for people with disabilities have been opened by many State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). This opportunity is available for various types of disabilities, and registration is done online. Check out the information below, as registration closes on March 24, 2019. To realize equal rights and opportunities for people with disabilities, the Ministry of SOEs is opening opportunities to work and make tangible contributions within the large SOE family. Career opportunities at SOEs are open to people with disabilities with equivalent high school (SMA/SMK), Diploma, and Bachelor's degrees for positions in various SOE business sectors across Indonesia. Because limitations are not a barrier to working and making a real contribution to our beloved nation!

To participate in the registration process, the first step is to create an account by clicking here. Then, log in and carefully complete your biodata before you can select the job vacancies and SOE companies you wish to apply for. A note of caution for visually impaired applicants using screen reader programs: the registration application is not fully accessible. All people with disabilities in Indonesia who meet the requirements have an equal opportunity to participate in the Joint Recruitment Program for Disability Empowerment. 3. Are there any limitations on disability categories that can participate in the Joint Recruitment Program for Disability Empowerment? Limitations on disability categories are adjusted according to the needs of each SOE. 4. What types of jobs can Prospective Disabled Employees apply for? The types of jobs available for application are adjusted according to the needs of each SOE. 5. Is there a special mechanism for Prospective Disabled Employees to take the Tests (SOE Values, Basic Competency Test (TKD), and Field Competency Test (TKB))? The test mechanism is not differentiated from regular recruitment, conducted through online applications or written tests. However, visually impaired individuals will be asked to use a text-to-speech application to read the menu and questions for the Online Values Assessment and TKD. 6. What work facilities do SOE Companies provide for Disabled Employees? The work facilities provided for Disabled Employees are adjusted according to the policy of each SOE. 7. What is the employment status of Prospective Disabled Employees recruited by SOE Companies? The employment status of Prospective Disabled Employees is adjusted according to the needs of each SOE. 8. Will the salary/benefits standard for Disabled Employees be the same as for Non-Disabled Employees? The salary/benefits standard for Disabled Employees is adjusted according to the policy of each SOE. 9. Is there a mentoring program available for disabled employees at each SOE at the start of their placement? Each SOE will have its own independently regulated mentoring policy. 10. Are there standard work performance evaluation criteria for Disabled Employees at each SOE Company? The standard work performance evaluation criteria for Disabled Employees are adjusted according to the policy of each SOE. Register immediately before it closes on March 24, 2019.
