In an instant, I was lost in a whirlwind of memories, flashing like light piercing through dense darkness, like lightning splitting the earth with its glow.   You, whom I etched into the most beautiful archives, a name that never fades from the pages of a long-closed heart, a face painted in the faint shadows of the past.   The surge of longing I cannot dispel, not about the desire to possess you again, but a sincere wish to mend what has been broken.   My inner turmoil rages on, recounting you and me in the past, from before that separation occurred.   My heart aches and hurts, intertwined with regret and longing, lamenting what could have been restored, my love.   For the first time after so long, these tears flow because of it, because of the turmoil in my chest that I cannot contain.   Whether longing or regret, both collide, forming a complex symphony.   The turmoil in my mind and the tremor in my heart only say: I want to return to them. The question is: can I? The answer: yes, if I can fix everything.
