Joking Isn't Always Fun

"Joking isn't always fun," a phrase that perhaps reminds me of a song title *I forget if it was death metal or dangdut?* called "Cheating Isn't Always Beautiful."   According to a survey I conducted on 1 kilogram of catfish, 1 liter of cooking oil, 1 packet of kitchen salt, and one cook at the warteg near my house *hold on, is this a survey result or am I trying to make fried catfish?*, the most unpleasant kind of joke goes something like this:   *conversation between a guy and a girl* Guy: “Actually, I've liked you for a long time. Would you like to be with me?” Girl: “What do you mean? Like, dating?” Guy: “No, be my assistant. What did you expect? -____-” Girl: “Hmm, alright, I'll be your girlfriend.” *the guy then jumped around excitedly like a catfish being fried, this time it was truly similar, what a shame my Camera360 didn't get to capture that magical moment* *5 minutes later* Girl: “Oh right, sorry, what I said earlier was just a joke.” *and 5 minutes later, another guy arrived, who turned out to be the girl's actual boyfriend*   What expression would follow? I imagine that guy would immediately grab a guitar and, while crying, sing Afgan's song, “Terlalu sadis caramuuuuu” (Your ways are too sadistic), and in the middle of that tearful performance, he'd still manage to comment, “Sorry if it's a bit off-key, huhuhuuu. I forgot to tune these strings, huhuhuuu.”   PS: Sorry if it's not funny, I'm still learning :P
